Terms of Returns
In the event that you want to order a different product from the one you purchased, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt without shipping charges. In the event that you wish to withdraw from the remote purchase of the goods, this must be done within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of receipt and provided that the return form found here is completed.
The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14 calendar day period. Provided that the products are in their original packaging. The consumer is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of the use of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature of the characteristics and operation of the goods.
By way of derogation from the previous paragraph, Sunset52.gr is not required to refund additional delivery costs, if the consumer had expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Sunset52.gr. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are made-to-order goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
